Week 2: Welcome pack & brochure
A hard copy or soft copy pack (contains a welcome letter, frequently asked questions and 2 page flyer ) can be sent to staff.
Tip: Some organisations have placed hard copy packs on employee's desks with a small gift such as chocolate!
Tip: The brochure is a great guide for employees that may not have easy access to emails such as retail employees or miners.
